Term 1 PGTA & School Dance

Tamavua, Suva -

On the 27th of March, 2015 the school was filled with excitement as the teachers and students got their classrooms ready for the visitation of our parents and guardians that afternoon. At 2pm everyone went home and came back dressed and ready for the PGTA that started at 6pm and the school dance after. There was a good turn out as we began with a PGTA meeting that was administered by our very own principal Bro. Michael Carthew.

A very big thank you to all the parents and guardians who were able to join their child/sibling. The program continued from the gym to the students homeroom, followed by the seven periods that the students have on a Monday(normal school day). It was a great opportunity for parents/guardian to learn what their child/sibling is learning in their different classes and they were also able to speak with the teachers. The bell went after every ten minutes which was an indication to move to the next class.

When all the academic side of things were taken care of, everyone made their way down to the gym and danced the night away until the clock stroke 11.
Thank you parents and guardians for your tremendous support and the Primary PGTA who provided us with yummy food at affordable cost, not forgetting all the hardworking teachers and students of Fiji LDS Church College.
